Observation

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(a)- During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed a toddler in care who has disabilities putting objects into her mouth that are choking hazards. This licensor observed other toys on the floor that were chocking hazards as well. WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d)-During the onsite monitor vist this licensor obsrerved plasitc bags in more than one spot in the child's bathroom that was accessible to chiildren. This licensor also obsreved during the visit plastic bags underneath the kitchen counter that were accessible to children. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(d)- During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed the washing machine located in the child's bathroom to not have a lock on it and it is accessible to children. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(f)- During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed a white shelf located in the living room licensing space that stores toys is not securely anchored and can fall over on the children. WAC 110-300-0165(4)(g)- During the onsite monitor visit the provider said to this licensor that a section of the decks white lattice that closes the outside of the deck from the inside was pushed out from the kids crashing into it. This licensor observed a section of the deck to have a wide opening from the top railing piece to the bottom railing piece that the kids can go through and has a drop zone of more than eighteen inches.
